1 head cabbage, chopped
1/2 small red onion, minced, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
To make the slaw: In a large serving bowl combine the cabbage and onion. Toss with the dressing and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
