Chocolate Polar Bears

ingredients:1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup Chocolate or Strawberry Powder
1/4 cup chocolate or vanilla fat free frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons instant (aerosol) whipped cream

Directions:

1. Place milk, ice, Nesquik and ice cream in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses; swirl in whipped cream. Serve immediately.
