Boil chicken Fillets in:
Garlic, Salt & Pepper.
Shred using forks.
In a seperate pot put:
Oil, chillie powder, little salt, Ketchup & mayonaise.
Heat.
Add sweet corn.
Add in shredded chicken.
Add in fried chips.
Mix well.
Place this in buttered Rolls with a bed of shredded lettuce.
