Ingredients:

1 teaspoon ceylon earl grey tea (with Bergamot Oil)
6 ounces near boiling water
2 teaspoons heavy cream
honey (optional)

Directions:

1 Place tea in a tea ball or sachet and infuse with water,.

2 Allow to steep for 5 minutes or so.

3 Add cream and sweeten if desired with honey.
