Ingredients:
- 3 Small cloves of garlic
- 1 Flat anchovies
- 2 Large egg yolks
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 Head Romanian lettuce
- Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Croutons
In food processor with steel blade, mince garlic and anchovies. Add and mix egg yolks, vinegars, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and lime juice. With processor running, add olive oil. Mix well. Toss with romaine lettuce. Add freshly grated parmesan cheese.
