Ingredients:
2 Tbsp garlic
4 Tsp crushed red chillies
2 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp arad
4 tsp dhana jeero powder
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tsbp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp coconut
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Curry leaves
1 Tbsp fish spice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together
Marinate fish leftover masala can be stored in the freezer
Sprinkle flour on fish before frying
Fry both sides in medium hot shallow oil until crisp
