ABC Chicken Soup
Cooked chicken cut in pieces.
3 cups broth
2 med. carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 small onion chopped
1 tblsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 cup of alphabet pasta uncooked
Directions: Add water to broth to make 5 cups.
Add carrots, celery, onion, and bouillon. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover; simmer until carrots are done.
Stir in pasta and chicken. Return to boil; reduce heat simmer uncovered until pasta is done.
Serves: 6 one cup servings.
