No Peek Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients:

2 p Beef, cued
1 pkg. Dried onion soup
2 Cans Mushroom soup
1 Can Mushroom or equivalent amount fresh
1/2 c Red vinegar

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
To prepare in crackpot, cook on low heat for 8 to 12 hours, or on high heat for 5 to 6 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
